No name IT company wants to launch a recruitment campaign, using billboards as a media copying the leaders. So do we need to find employees or just make an impression? Actually both.

Our approach was based on the insight that very often corporate employees face a problem of their career growth being suppressed by all kind of reasons.

Environment hack

So we twisted the 4 by 3 meters frame of the billboard turning it into a cage for such employees who need to escape the status quo they operate in and join the team of SmartIT, a company that is everything but huge corporation.
